Homemade Sports Drink

Ingredients:
4 cups of water
1 fresh squeezed orange
2 tbsp. raw honey
1/4 tsp sea salt

Optional: Few drops of CencenTrace mineral drops

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients and enjoy. You may store it in the refrigerator up to five days.
