Overnight “Snickers” Protein Oats

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sugar substitute)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½-1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I like to use Chocolate Perfect Keto Collagen Powder)
  • ¾ cup almond or other milk

 

Mix the above ingredients together and then add 1 tablespoon of nut butter of choice and then drizzle 1 tablespoon melted chocolate (1:2 ratio coconut butter to chocolate, melted).

Refrigerate for 2 hours (or overnight) & enjoy!
