{"id":1049,"date":"2023-01-30T20:31:45","date_gmt":"2023-01-30T20:31:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/healthchicchatter.com\/?page_id=1049"},"modified":"2024-11-10T21:33:55","modified_gmt":"2024-11-10T21:33:55","slug":"peanut-butter-sauce-options","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1049","title":{"rendered":"Peanut Butter (or Nut of Choice) Dressings &#038; Sauce Options"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p><strong><u>Option A Ingredients:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>1\/3 cup organic peanut (or nut butter of choice)\u00a0<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00bc cup fresh lime juice<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00bc cup reduced sodium soy sauce (I use coconut aminos to avoid MSG)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 tbsp toasted sesame oil<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>2 tsp brown sugar (or Sukrin gold as a substitute)\u00a0<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 red chili pepper, minced (optional)\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong><u>Option B Ingredients: <\/u><\/strong><em>(this one is more like Pad Thai sauce)<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>\u00bd cup creamy organic peanut butter<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00bd cup water or low sodium chicken stock (I use bone broth)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>2 tbsp hoisin sauce<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 tbsp rice wine vinegar<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00bc tsp kosher or sea salt<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><a><strong><u>Option C Ingredients:<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>1 tbsp PB Fit<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos or Coconut Aminos (soy sauce)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>2 tbsp sweet chili sauce<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Siracha &amp; ginger to taste<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>2 tbsp water<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong><u>Option D Ingredients:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>\u00bc cup organic Peanut Butter (crunchy adds texture)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00bc-1\/3 cup Braggs Liquid Aminos or Coconut Aminos (soy sauce)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00bc-1\/3 cup rice wine vinegar<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 tbsp brown sugar (I use Sukrin gold to lower sugar)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Lime juice (1\/2- whole lime)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>2 tbsp sweet chili sauce or 1 tbsp chili oil<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Optional: couple close of fresh minced garlic &amp; grated ginger<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong><u>Option E Ingredients:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>1\/4 cup creamy natural (organic) almond butter<\/li>\r\n<li>1 lime juiced<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tbsp Tamari (low sodium) soy sauce or coconut aminos<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tbsp maple syrup<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp water<\/li>\r\n<li>1.5 tsp sesame oil<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tsp siracha<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tsp grated ginger<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tsp minced garlic<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong><u>Option F Ingredients:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>1 cup creamy organic nut butter of choice<\/li>\r\n<li>4 tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4hJhKvK\">sugar free maple syrup\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\r\n<li>2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar<\/li>\r\n<li>3 tbsp Tamari (low sodium) sauce or coconut aminos\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tsp lemon or lime juice (I use lime if I have it on hand)<\/li>\r\n<li>1\/2 cup water<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tsp garlic powder<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tsp ginger powder (or finely chopped\/minced ginger)<\/li>\r\n<li>1\/2 tsp chili flakes<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>You can see many of these are similar versions offering less sugar.
