{"id":1058,"date":"2023-02-07T15:41:40","date_gmt":"2023-02-07T15:41:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/healthchicchatter.com\/?page_id=1058"},"modified":"2023-02-09T15:21:29","modified_gmt":"2023-02-09T15:21:29","slug":"easy-healthy-bagels","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1058","title":{"rendered":"EASY Healthy Bagels"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Ingredients:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup self-rising flour OR add 1 tsp baking powder &amp; \u00bc tsp salt (this is what I do &amp; use a gluten free option)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Egg for egg wash<ul><li>whole egg mixed with a small amount of water, milk or cream<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>non-dairy options for egg wash: aquafaba, melted vegan butter or maple syrup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optional: <em>Everything But The Bagel<\/em> seasoning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optional: cinnamon &amp; sweetener of choice (I like to use cinnamon and xylitol sprinkled on top)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix yogurt and flour. Knead and separate into 4 parts. Roll into bagel shape &amp; use an egg wash to cover the tops and add seasoning.
