Mix nut butter, eggs sugar, syrup &amp; vanilla. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Gently fold in the chocolate chips last. Scoop dough onto parchment paper. Either roll into balls (with wet hands to avoid stickiness) or scoop &amp;drop into mini muffin tins. The recipe should make about a dozen large cookies or 3 dozen mini bites.
