Slice zucchini into 1\/8\u2019 rounds. Place in single layer on parchment paper and spray with oil and lightly salt. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the sheet from the oven, flip the slices and sprinkle with the remaining seasonings. Return to oven and bake another 15-20 minutes until crisp &amp; browned.
