{"id":1133,"date":"2023-03-05T23:21:47","date_gmt":"2023-03-05T23:21:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1133"},"modified":"2023-03-07T23:33:47","modified_gmt":"2023-03-07T23:33:47","slug":"sweet-potato-brownies","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1133","title":{"rendered":"Sweet Potato Brownies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Wet Ingredients:<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 medium sweet potato (cooked &amp; mashed)<br \/>\n\u2022\t\u00bc cup organic nut butter of choice<br \/>\n\u2022\t\u00bd cup pure maple syrup<br \/>\n\u2022\t2 tsp vanilla extract<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 \u00bd tbsp melted coconut butter<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 egg (or \u00bc cup apple sauce or 1 \u201cflax\u201d egg)<br \/>\n\u2022\tOptional: 4 tbsp inulin<\/p>\n<p>Dry Ingredients:<br \/>\n\u2022\t1\/3 cup cocoa powder<br \/>\n\u2022\t\u00bc-1\/2 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (I like using mini chips and just \u00bc cup of them)<br \/>\n\u2022\tOptional: \u00bc -1\/2 cup walnuts chopped<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350 while you prepare the recipe. Mix the wet ingredients well and set aside. Mix dry ingredients &#8212; but only half of the chocolate chips. Slowly fold the wet ingredients into the dry mix. Pour the well-mixed batter into a greased bread pan and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top along with nuts, if desired.
