{"id":1270,"date":"2023-05-17T14:06:15","date_gmt":"2023-05-17T14:06:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1270"},"modified":"2023-11-25T20:34:25","modified_gmt":"2023-11-25T20:34:25","slug":"frozen-nut-butter-bars","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1270","title":{"rendered":"Frozen Nut Butter Bars (for Jackson &#038; Jeniece)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Ingredients:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/3 cup creamy organic nut butter of choice<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup honey<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp vanilla<\/li>\n<li>3 lightly salted rice cakes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Topping Ingredients:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd cup organic chocolate chips (I prefer semi-sweet)<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp coconut butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mix the first 3 base ingredients well and then add 3 crumbled rice cakes. Mix well and spread into pan (greased with coconut butter or parchment or wax paper underneath) and place in freezer.<\/p>\n<p>Next, melt the coconut butter with chocolate chips and stir well. Pour on top of your base mix and sprinkle lightly with sea salt.<\/p>\n<p>Return to the freezer for about 30 minutes.
