Below are a few AMAZON sales I found on items that I have (or have purchased for friends and family) as part of my home gym:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>These <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3JSwr0d\">resistance bands<\/a> can be used as booty bands with other uses for arms, chest, back, etc. Super versatile, varied strengths, and easy on the purse.\u00a0 Plus&#8230;they are on sale!<\/li>\n<li>I enjoy <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4bIRcq5\">gliders<\/a> for legs, core &amp; more. These come in 4 colors and are half off currently (less than $10)!<\/li>\n<li>If you&#8217;d like some thicker booty bands, some folks think these are more comfy, then these &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3JQ896S\">Booty Bands<\/a>&#8221; might be your ticket!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3rdzDgg\">Resistance straps<\/a> are super versatile. I take these with me when I travel. I&#8217;ll be sure to post some workouts you can do with these! These are 35% off, currently.<\/li>\n<li>For greater resistance (you know how important weight lifting is), I love this <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3W2Tpad\">adjustable dumbbell set<\/a> &amp; the variety of weight options it provides (3-11 lb. options). I sent a pair of these to my daughter in NYC so she could fit in lifting in her small space!<\/li>\n<li>For those who like to lift heavier weights, you can&#8217;t got wrong with this <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4cI08gH\">PowerBlock Elite Adjustable Dumbbell <\/a>set.
