{"id":1447,"date":"2023-10-10T21:49:44","date_gmt":"2023-10-10T21:49:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1447"},"modified":"2023-10-15T18:05:05","modified_gmt":"2023-10-15T18:05:05","slug":"pumpkin-spice-cookies","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1447","title":{"rendered":"Pumpkin Spice Cookies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Ingredients<\/u><\/strong><strong>: \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 ripe banana (mashed)<\/li>\n<li>1 cup oats (I use gluten-free old-fashioned oats)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup nut butter of choice (I like Kirkland\u2019s organic PB)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup puree pumpkin (I use an organic pumpkin puree)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/46glBdv\">pumpkin spice<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup dark chocolate chips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 400 and prep a cookie sheet.<\/p>\n<p>In a small bowl, combine the mashed banana, nut butter, pumpkin, and pumpkin spice. Once well mixed, fold in the oats. Last, fold in the chocolate chips.<\/p>\n<p><em>Note: since there are no eggs, this is safe to taste test at this point.
