{"id":1457,"date":"2023-10-29T15:09:38","date_gmt":"2023-10-29T15:09:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1457"},"modified":"2023-11-01T20:34:00","modified_gmt":"2023-11-01T20:34:00","slug":"pumpkin-spice-protein-cheesecake","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1457","title":{"rendered":"Pumpkin Spice Protein Cheesecake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Ingredients<\/u><\/strong><strong>: \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tub cottage cheese (try lactose-free if you have digestive issues)<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs (hormone free)<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 can of organic pumpkin puree<\/li>\n<li>1\/3-1\/2 cup powdered monk fruit (I used xylitol when I was out of powdered\u2026note that a liquid sweetener will make it too wet)<\/li>\n<li>2 TBSP pumpkin spice (or allspice if you don\u2019t have pumpkin spice)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350 and prep a circular-ish oven-safe dish with parchment paper.<\/p>\n<p>Blend the mixture well in a food processor and then pour into the prepared oven-safe dish.<\/p>\n<p>Bake for 55-60 minutes at 350.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature and then REFRIGERATE FOR A MINIMUM of 4-6 HOURS before cutting into it.
