{"id":1577,"date":"2024-01-11T20:01:40","date_gmt":"2024-01-11T20:01:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1577"},"modified":"2024-01-11T20:01:40","modified_gmt":"2024-01-11T20:01:40","slug":"high-protein-lasagna","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1577","title":{"rendered":"High Protein Lasagna"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Ingredients:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00be pound ground beef<\/li>\n<li>Sliced CLEAN (no hormones, no antibiotics) deli meat of choice<\/li>\n<li>Half a jar (or more) of no sugar added marinara<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd -1 cup ricotta cheese<\/li>\n<li>Half to full package of CLEAN shredded mozzarella cheese<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>2-3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Set the oven to 375.<\/p>\n<p>For the sauce, cook your ground beef, then add a little salt, and pepper and then add your marinara towards the end and let simmer.<\/p>\n<p>Mix half a cup of ricotta with the egg &amp; parmesan.<\/p>\n<p>Make a layer with the beef sauce and marinara. Add a layer of the ricotta mix. Sprinkle a thin layer of mozzarella cheese, then a layer of the deli meat. Repeat these layers at least one more time. (I haven\u2019t gone further than 3 layers).<\/p>\n<p>Bake for about 25 minutes covered, remove the cover, and bake another 10-15 minutes (ish) until the cheese is bubbly.<\/p>\n<p>P.S.
