{"id":1591,"date":"2024-01-14T17:42:34","date_gmt":"2024-01-14T17:42:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1591"},"modified":"2024-01-14T17:42:34","modified_gmt":"2024-01-14T17:42:34","slug":"butternut-squash-fries","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1591","title":{"rendered":"Butternut Squash Fries"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Ingredients:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 butternut squash (washed, split in half &amp; cut into \u00bc-1\/3 inch thick (max) \u201cfries\u201d so it cooks evenly<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp smoked paprika<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp oregano<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp onion powder<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>1-2 cups of shredded parmesan (or pecorino cheese)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prep and cut your squash. Mix the oil &amp; other ingredients and then toss the squash until the pieces are all well coated. Dip both sides of the cut squash into the cheese &amp; place the prepared pieces on a prepared baking sheet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bake for 20 minutes at 450. At 20 minutes, flip the fries &amp; top with a little bit more cheese.
