{"id":1595,"date":"2024-01-14T17:55:34","date_gmt":"2024-01-14T17:55:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1595"},"modified":"2024-02-03T18:08:19","modified_gmt":"2024-02-03T18:08:19","slug":"hazelnut-chocolate-berry-bark","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1595","title":{"rendered":"Hazelnut Chocolate Berry Bark"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Ingredients:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd cup roasted hazelnuts (or you can roast raw nuts for 21 minutes at 275 &amp; let them cool <em>completely <\/em>before using)<\/li>\n<li>1\/3-1\/2 cup organic black or blueberries<\/li>\n<li>1-1.5 cups of a low-carb\/sugar-free chocolate<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp coconut butter<\/li>\n<li>Optional toppings: shredded coconut or salt flakes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Roast your hazelnuts if they don\u2019t come that way.<\/p>\n<p>Wash &amp; dry your berries.<\/p>\n<p>Melt your favorite low-carb chocolate and coconut butter (either on the stove top or in 25-second increments in the microwave), stirring. Usually, 40-45 seconds will do it. And, dark or milk chocolate works fine, also, however, it may increase the sugar.<\/p>\n<p>Cover your pan with the berries and hazelnuts (or other nut of choice) and cover with <a href=\"https:\/\/healthchicchatter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/hzlntcrunch-rotated.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1597 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/healthchicchatter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/hzlntcrunch-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"94\" height=\"125\" srcset=\"https:\/\/healthchicchatter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/hzlntcrunch-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/healthchicchatter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/hzlntcrunch-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/healthchicchatter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/hzlntcrunch-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/healthchicchatter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/hzlntcrunch-rotated.jpg 1512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 94px) 100vw, 94px\" \/><\/a> the melted chocolate. (I find the drizzle part deeply satisfying!) The amount of chocolate you use is totally up to you.<\/p>\n<p>Last, top the mix with a bit of shredded coconut and salt flakes before placing your tray in the freezer for 30 minutes.
