{"id":1603,"date":"2024-01-16T15:11:13","date_gmt":"2024-01-16T15:11:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1603"},"modified":"2024-01-16T15:11:13","modified_gmt":"2024-01-16T15:11:13","slug":"frozen-nut-butter-cups","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1603","title":{"rendered":"Frozen Nut Butter Cups"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips (I like to use Enjoy Life or\u00a0 \u00a0for a sugar free option)<\/li>\n<li>2 cups organic no sugar added Greek yogurt (the Kitehill brand may be used for dairy-free needs)<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp maple syrup (or 1.2 tbsp Sulkin Gold fiber syrup to lower sugar)<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp organic nut butter of choice<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Melt the chocolate chips and gently pour or spoon it as a bottom layer in silicone or paper cups and freeze.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the Greek yogurt, syrup and extract. Add as the next layer to the cups on top of the chocolate layer.<\/p>\n<p>Put the nut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt and thin consistency.
