{"id":1611,"date":"2024-01-17T16:11:54","date_gmt":"2024-01-17T16:11:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1611"},"modified":"2024-01-19T18:29:34","modified_gmt":"2024-01-19T18:29:34","slug":"frozen-protein-berry-bark","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1611","title":{"rendered":"Frozen Protein Berry Bark"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Ingredients:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>16 oz of Greek yogurt of choice<\/li>\n<li>2 scoops of vanilla (or other) protein powder of choice (I like to use <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/48DRr50\">Perfect Keto\u2019s Strawberry Collagen<\/a> for added flavor and stevia sweetness)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp honey (if desired)<\/li>\n<li>1 cup raspberries or strawberries or blueberries (fresh or frozen works)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup chopped pistachios (or walnuts)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup chopped <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/48GFGeb\">semi-sweet chocolate or chips<\/a> (or <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3S3NrDT\">sugar-free chocolate chips<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3U4du0d\">flaky sea salt<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Combine the yogurt and protein powder WELL. Add honey (or other sweetener) to your liking. \u00a0Add raspberries &amp; nuts.<\/p>\n<p>Add a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread yogurt mix until it\u2019s about a half-inch thick. Sprinkle chocolate and salt on top.<\/p>\n<p>Freeze for about an hour.
