{"id":1687,"date":"2024-02-28T17:02:57","date_gmt":"2024-02-28T17:02:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1687"},"modified":"2024-02-28T17:02:57","modified_gmt":"2024-02-28T17:02:57","slug":"buffalo-chicken-spaghetti-squash","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1687","title":{"rendered":"Buffalo Chicken Spaghetti Squash"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Ingredients:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 spaghetti squash, rinsed, halved, and seeds removed, then remove bottoms so they can stand alone once stuffed<\/li>\n<li>2 cups cubed or shredded clean chicken (I often use a rotisserie chicken for convenience \u2013 but have also made it with a clean canned chicken before)<\/li>\n<li>10-ish oz of organic Greek yogurt<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup Buffalo sauce of choice (I use this <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3P1kA2f\">Primal Kitchen<\/a> version)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup sharp cheese (shredded works best)<\/li>\n<li>3 Tbsp Ranch dressing (I use this <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3uHnP8n\">organic dry mix<\/a> from Riega and make my own)<\/li>\n<li>Lemon juice (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Seasonings of choice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preheat oven to 400. Coat your interior halves with olive oil and a bit of salt and pepper, then place face down on a prepped cookie sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>While the squash bakes, mix the other ingredients.
