(I prefer blending mine.) Once well mixed, add in the remaining ingredients and enjoy!<\/p>\n<p>Fresh, high protein, wonderful, good fats, and delicious!<\/p>\n<p>P.S. if you are wanting to keep this low-carb, enjoy with fresh veggies or one of these <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3xhNdCu\">low carb<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3xdSta1\">crackers<\/a>.
