Blend until the mix is smooth and well-processed.<\/p>\n<p>Spray a few ramekins with olive\/avocado\/coconut oil and fill the ramekins about halfway or 2\/3 full so there is room to expand while cooking.<\/p>\n<p>Bake for about 35-40 minutes.\u00a0 If you used muffin tins or smaller ramekins, it may require less time.<\/p>\n<p>Allow to cool completely before eating.
