If you prefer, you can blend your cottage cheese before mixing all the ingredients, however, I dump them all together and blend away\u2026!\u00a0 To cook, heat up a nonstick pan or use extra oil on medium heat &amp; pour your mix. Cook each side until golden brown before flipping or removing from the heat (for me this is about 2 \u00bd minutes per side on a gas stove). Once you\u2019ve cooked all of your mix into pancakes. Stack them and top them with more maple syrup, local honey or organic whipped cream.
