I&#8217;ve made several versions and love to keep some frozen bark on hand when you just want a little something sweet!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt (Be sure to read the label for sugar added!)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4aYmydv\">organic nut butter<\/a> <\/strong>of choice (Why organic? Nuts are one of the most heavily pesticide-sprayed crops)<\/li>\n<li>1-2 scoops <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4hUjHok\">vanilla protein<\/a><\/strong> (If I use a coconut yogurt, I&#8217;ll increase protein powder to boost protein lost by not using Greek yogurt&#8230;but if you are dairy-free, this is an option)<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp maple syrup or 2 tbsp <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4gIAsln\">fiber syrup<\/a><\/strong> (if trying to keep calories low)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup dark chocolate chips, melted (I also like to mix in some whole chocolate chips) &#8211; I often use these <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4hWZiPC\">semi-sweet non-dairy chips<\/a><\/strong> of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/41p0RAt\">these chips<\/a><\/strong> for sugar free)<\/li>\n<li>1\/8-1\/4 cup chopped or crushed organic almonds, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3EDjmrJ\">pistachios<\/a><\/strong>, or salted peanuts for topping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mix the ingredients. Spread onto waxed paper or parchment. Add some swirls of melted chocolate and nuts to the top.
