{"id":1999,"date":"2025-03-03T20:41:47","date_gmt":"2025-03-03T20:41:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1999"},"modified":"2025-03-28T16:55:27","modified_gmt":"2025-03-28T16:55:27","slug":"no-bake-kit-kat-bars","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=1999","title":{"rendered":"No Bake &#8220;Kit Kat&#8221; Bars!!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Be still my heart&#8230;.if you have a food processor, you&#8217;re going to want to try this one! here&#8217;s what you&#8217;ll need:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1.5 cups walnuts (organic, if possible)<\/li>\n<li>1 cup cashews (organic, if possible)<\/li>\n<li>10-12-ish pitted medjool dates<\/li>\n<li>4 Tbsp melted coconut butter<\/li>\n<li>3 Tbsp Maple Syrup (pure, if possible)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>3:1 or 2:1 ratio of semi-dark, dark, or sugar free dark chocolate chips melted with a little coconut butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Process the walnuts in a food processor and then add the dates to the mix. Scrape the mixture and press it into a lined or prepped dish.<\/p>\n<p>Next combine the cashews, maple syrup, coconut butter &amp; vanilla extract in the food processor. Add this mix as a layer to your dish &amp; stick it in the freezer.<\/p>\n<p>Melt the coconut butter and chocolate and then pour it on top of your mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Put back in the freezer 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Slice your bars &amp; enjoy.
