{"id":2079,"date":"2025-08-02T16:24:26","date_gmt":"2025-08-02T16:24:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=2079"},"modified":"2025-08-10T20:46:26","modified_gmt":"2025-08-10T20:46:26","slug":"high-protein-french-toast","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=2079","title":{"rendered":"High Protein &#8220;French Toast&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 whole eggs and 3-4 oz of egg whites, OR<\/li>\n<li>6 whole eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp of powdered peanut butter (I use <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4fpjt8O\">organic PB Fit<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>1\/3-1\/2 cup milk of choice<\/li>\n<li>1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional, I like to use <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3HaLDaS\">Equip<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>4 slices of bread (I like to use a sour dough or Carbonaut White Bread)<\/li>\n<li>cinnamon sugar<\/li>\n<li>sugar-free sweetener of choice (optional)<\/li>\n<li>sugar-free maple syrup (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 375 or 400.<\/li>\n<li>Mix eggs, egg whites (if using), milk, PB Fit &amp; vanilla extract well. Pour into prepared baking dish.
