{"id":2092,"date":"2025-08-23T16:15:19","date_gmt":"2025-08-23T16:15:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=2092"},"modified":"2025-08-23T16:22:27","modified_gmt":"2025-08-23T16:22:27","slug":"sunset-chicken-sweet-potato-pan-meal","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=2092","title":{"rendered":"Sunset Chicken &#038; Sweet Potato Pan Meal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This recipe is designed for a single sheet pan, making both cooking and cleanup simple.<\/p>\n<div class=\"horizontal-scroll-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"table-block-component\">\n<div class=\"table-block has-export-button\">\n<div class=\"table-content not-end-of-paragraph\">\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>2-3<\/b> chicken breasts<\/li>\n<li><b>2-3<\/b> small sweet potatoes (or 1-2 large ones!)<\/li>\n<li>Optional: 1 cup chopped broccoli or zucchini<\/li>\n<li><b>1\/2<\/b> purple onion<\/li>\n<li><b>1<\/b> jalape\u00f1o (if you like it hot!)<\/li>\n<li>Feta cheese (you choose how much!)<\/li>\n<li>Garlic powder (up to you!)<\/li>\n<li>Paprika<\/li>\n<li>Chili or cayenne powder<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; pepper<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Honey or hot honey<\/li>\n<li>Avocado (for serving)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Directions:<\/h3>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li><b>Preheat<\/b> the oven to 425\u00b0F (220\u00b0C).<\/li>\n<li><b>Chop<\/b> the chicken, sweet potato, and onion into bite-sized pieces and place them on a large sheet pan.<\/li>\n<li><b>Drizzle<\/b> with olive oil and <b>season<\/b> with garlic powder, paprika, chili or cayenne powder, and salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li><b>Toss<\/b> all the ingredients together on the pan to coat them evenly.<\/li>\n<li><b>Bake<\/b> for 20 minutes, then <b>toss<\/b> the ingredients halfway through to ensure even cooking.<\/li>\n<li><b>Add<\/b> the chopped jalape\u00f1o, crumbled feta, and a drizzle of honey to the pan.<\/li>\n<li><b>Broil<\/b> for a few minutes to get a nice char on the ingredients.<\/li>\n<li><b>Serve<\/b> immediately and add fresh avocado on top.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This is an easy recipe to use as meal prep, as well.
