(0.45 kg) Ground beef (or bison, chicken, or turkey)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2,2,0\">2 cups (225 g) Shredded Mexican blend cheese, divided<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,0\">1 small Green cabbage, chopped<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2,4,0\">1 cup (245 g) Marinara sauce<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2,5,0\">1 cup (165 g) Frozen sweet corn<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2,6,0\">2 tbs Olive oil, divided<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2,7,0\">2 tbs Grated parmesan cheese<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2,8,0\">1 medium Onion, diced<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2,9,0\">1 Red bell pepper, diced<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2,10,0\">4 cloves Garlic, minced<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2,11,0\">1 tsp each Salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Italian herb blend<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2,12,0\">Pinch Red chili flakes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2,13,0\">Garnish: Chopped scallions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Prep:<\/b> Preheat your oven to <b data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"27\">400\u00b0F<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Saut\u00e9 Veggies:<\/b> In a large skillet over medium heat, saut\u00e9 onion and bell pepper in 1 tbs olive oil for 2 minutes. Add the chopped cabbage and the remaining 1 tbs oil; cook for 10\u201312 minutes until softened. Move veggies to a separate plate.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Brown Beef:<\/b> In the same skillet, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat. Stir in the garlic, all spices (salt, garlic\/onion powder, paprika, herbs, chili flakes), and the marinara sauce.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Assemble:<\/b> In a 9&#215;13 inch baking dish, mix the cooked cabbage, beef mixture, black beans, corn, and <b data-path-to-node=\"5,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"99\">1 cup<\/b> of the Mexican cheese. Level it out and sprinkle with parmesan.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,4,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,4,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Bake:<\/b> Bake for 30 minutes.
