Add to a large mixing bowl with edamame and cilantro.<br \/>\n2. <strong>Shred Chicken<\/strong> &#8211; Add the shredded rotisserie chicken to the bowl.<br \/>\n3. <strong>Make Dressing &#8211; <\/strong>In a measuring cup, whisk together avocado oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, ginger paste, and lime juice until smooth.<br \/>\n4. <strong>Assemble &#8211; <\/strong>Pour dressing over the salad and toss well to coat.
