{"id":250,"date":"2015-02-13T22:44:18","date_gmt":"2015-02-13T22:44:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/healthchicchatter.com\/?page_id=250"},"modified":"2015-05-01T21:14:07","modified_gmt":"2015-05-01T21:14:07","slug":"cacao-minty-cups","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=250","title":{"rendered":"Cacao Minty Cups"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Makes 8 cups<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00bd cup coconut oil<br \/>\n2\/3 cup cacao powder<br \/>\n3 tbsp maple syrup<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mint filling:<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/2 cup pistachios<br \/>\n1\/4 cup coconut milk<br \/>\n3 Tbsp. coconut oil<br \/>\nHandful shredded coconut<br \/>\nHandful fresh mint leaves<br \/>\n1\/4 cup spinach<br \/>\n2 drops peppermint extract  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1.  In a blender, combine all chocolate layer ingredients; blend until well combined.<br \/>\n2. Pour small amount of mixture into 8 paper muffin cups and place in freezer for 30 minutes.<br \/>\n3. In a food processor, combine all mint filling ingredients; blend until smooth.<br \/>\n4. Remove muffin cups from freezer; drizzle mint filling onto chocolate layer.<br \/>\n5. Place cups back in freezer for 30 minutes.<br \/>\n6. Remove cups from freezer and spoon remaining chocolate mixture on top.<br \/>\n7.
