{"id":276,"date":"2015-02-13T22:54:40","date_gmt":"2015-02-13T22:54:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/healthchicchatter.com\/?page_id=276"},"modified":"2023-04-11T20:07:35","modified_gmt":"2023-04-11T20:07:35","slug":"pumpkin-seed-spinach-dip","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=276","title":{"rendered":"Pumpkin Seed &#038; Spinach Dip"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Makes 2-1\/2 to 3 cups<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/4 cup sprouted pumpkin seed butter<br \/>\n2-1\/2 cups cooked chickpeas, drained\/rinsed<br \/>\n1 cup tightly packed baby spinach<br \/>\n\u00bc cup lemon juice<br \/>\n1\/3 cup water<br \/>\n1 clove garlic, peeled<br \/>\n2 tsp. ground cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp. smoked paprika<br \/>\nFreshly ground black pepper, to taste<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. In a food processor, pulse garlic until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients, except spinach and water, and puree until smooth.<br \/>\n2. Add spinach. With food processor running, drizzle in water. Puree hummus for one minute until creamy.<br \/>\n3. Transfer to bowl and refrigerate before serving.
