It takes about 15 minutes of prep (I know&#8230;.about 10 more minutes than my usual limit, lol!) &amp; serves 8!<b><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #363636; font-family: Calibri;\"><b>Ingredients:<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00bc cup organic unrefined coconut oil, melted, plus more for the pan<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1 \u00bd cups blanched almond flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00bc cup coconut flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00bc cup flaxseed meal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00bd teaspoon sea salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1 teaspoon baking soda 2<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2 tablespoons ground cinnamon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2 teaspoons ground nutmeg<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1 teaspoon ground cloves \u2013<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00bd teaspoon ground ginger<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00be teaspoon pure dried stevia leaf<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1 cup organic pumpkin puree<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">3 Medjool dates, pitted<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">6 large pastured\/cage-free eggs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> optional departure:\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1\/4 mini dark chocolate chips<\/span><\/li>\n<li>optional 1-2 mashed bananas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toppings:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2 tablespoons grass-fed salted butter, plus more for serving<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00bd ground cinnamon<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><span style=\"color: #363636; font-family: Calibri;\"><b>Directions:\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed meal, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and stevia. Set aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">In a blender, combine the pumpkin puree, vanilla, dates, 3 of the eggs, the melted coconut oil, and the lemon juice. Blend until the dates are broken up and well incorporated.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Add the remaining 3 eggs and blend until smooth.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Add the pumpkin mixture to the flour mixture and stir until well combined.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 35 &#8211; 45 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><em><span style=\"font-size: small;\">For the Topping&#8230;.<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">While the pumpkin bread is in the oven, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the coconut palm sugar and cinnamon.
