{"id":541,"date":"2015-11-15T23:02:11","date_gmt":"2015-11-15T23:02:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/healthchicchatter.com\/?page_id=541"},"modified":"2015-12-30T00:56:25","modified_gmt":"2015-12-30T00:56:25","slug":"paleo-banana-bread","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=541","title":{"rendered":"Paleo Banana Bread"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 bananas, yellow (they don\u2019t not need to be overly ripe but your choice!)<\/li>\n<li>4 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter, i.e. macadamia, pecan, etc)<\/li>\n<li>4 tablespoons grass-fed butter, melted (can substitute coconut oil)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup coconut flour<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon baking soda<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla<\/li>\n<li>pinch of sea salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/healthchicchatter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_1647-e1451436949374.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-577\" src=\"http:\/\/healthchicchatter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_1647-e1451436949374-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1647\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Directions:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit<\/li>\n<li>Combine your bananas, eggs, and nut butter, and grass-fed butter in a blender\/food processor\/mixing bowl and mix well (if using a mixing bowl you need a <u>good<\/u> hand-mixer)<\/li>\n<li>Once all of your ingredients are blended, add in your coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and sea salt and mix well<\/li>\n<li>Grease a 9\u00d75 glass loaf pan with a fat of your choice (I used grass-fed butter).
