You can use milk, coconut milk, almond milk, etc. I like to boost protein content in most of my snacks so I use a chocolate protein powder, but feel free to keep it simple and omit it.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><i><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/i>1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use Whole Foods chocolate protein powder that has stevia sweetener in it)<br \/>\n8 oz hot water or almond milk<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla extract<\/div>\n<div>1-2 packets of stevia or xylitol if you don&#8217;t add protein powder or if it isn&#8217;t sweetened<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><i><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/i>1. Add protein powder to hot water or almond milk.<br \/>\n2. Stir in vanilla extract (and your sweetener of choice, if desired).<br \/>\n3.
