{"id":861,"date":"2022-10-20T19:34:46","date_gmt":"2022-10-20T19:34:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/healthchicchatter.com\/?page_id=861"},"modified":"2023-01-29T15:07:51","modified_gmt":"2023-01-29T15:07:51","slug":"crispy-freezer-treats","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=861","title":{"rendered":"Crispy Freezer Treats"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Dry Ingredients:<\/strong><br>\uf0b7 2-3 cups of your favorite CRUNCY cereal (I like to use a chocolate<br>rice crispy cereal and have made this with magic spoon cereals, as well)<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wet Ingredients:<\/strong><br>\uf0b7 2 tbsp melted ghee (or coconut oil)<br>\uf0b7 1-2 tbsp xylitol (or Sukrin gold brown sugar substitute or fiber syrup)<br>\uf0b7 2-3 tbsp melted nut butter (optional)<br>\uf0b7 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melt the wet ingredients and fold into the dry cereal coating well.                                                                 Pour and gently press coated cereal into greased container. I like to use coconut butter to prevent sticking. Place in freezer for at least 20 minutes before eating. Cut into bars when you are ready to enjoy a nice chocolaty, crunchy snack!
