{"id":874,"date":"2022-10-20T19:50:20","date_gmt":"2022-10-20T19:50:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/healthchicchatter.com\/?page_id=874"},"modified":"2022-10-20T19:50:20","modified_gmt":"2022-10-20T19:50:20","slug":"roasted-cauliflower-with-feta-garlic","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=874","title":{"rendered":"Roasted Cauliflower with Feta &#038; Garlic"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Ingredients:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 small head of cauliflower<\/li><li>6 garlic cloves<\/li><li>3 tbsp. olive oil, plus more for serving<\/li><li>2 tsp. fennel or cumin seed&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 tsp ground turmeric (I use more!)<\/li><li>Pinch of red pepper flakes<\/li><li>Kosher salt and ground pepper<\/li><li>1 oz. feta cheese, slice or crumbled<\/li><li>\u00bc cup parsley, tender leaves and stems, coarsely chopped<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heat oven to 450 degrees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Slice cauliflower lengthwise into \u00bd\u201d slices including core and leaves. Some of the first slices will crumble and fall apart \u2013 which is ok and will just create more crispy bits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place cauliflower and garlic on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle fennel seed, turmeric and red pepper flakes, and season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roast without disturbing, until cauliflower has turned a deep golden brown and crisped up in spots, about 25-30 minutes.&nbsp; Use a spatula to flip the larger steaks and stir the smaller crumbles around. Continue to roast until completely and evenly browned, about another 8-12 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remove from heat and transfer to a large serving platter.
