{"id":967,"date":"2023-01-10T20:12:34","date_gmt":"2023-01-10T20:12:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/healthchicchatter.com\/?page_id=967"},"modified":"2023-11-25T20:31:55","modified_gmt":"2023-11-25T20:31:55","slug":"peanut-butter-banana-oat-cup-snacks","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/HealthChicChatter.com\/?page_id=967","title":{"rendered":"Peanut Butter &#038; Banana Oat Cup Snacks"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p><strong><u>Ingredients:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>2.5 cups old fashioned or rolled oats<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 large banana, mashed<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1\/2 cup natural nut butter of choice<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 cup milk of choice<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 egg (or egg substitute like apple sauce or prunes or flax egg)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00bc cup maple syrup (or fiber syrup, honey, monk fruit or xylitol)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 tsp vanilla<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>2 tbsp organic nut butter of choice<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00bd cup mini semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (I like to use mini chocolate chips)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 tsp baking powder<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00bd tsp cinnamon<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00bc tsp salt<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong><u>Optional toppings:<\/u><\/strong> chocolate chips, pecans, walnuts or banana slices.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Mix above oats, cinnamon, salt and baking powder in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, mix mashed banana &amp; nut butter. Stir in egg and combine well. Add maple syrup and vanilla.\u00a0 Add wet ingredients from medium bowl to dry ingredients and stir until well combined.\u00a0 I like to use a cookie scooper to easily add mix to mini paper muffin liners and add toppings of choice as desired.\u00a0 Bake in preheated oven at 350 for about 25-30 minutes (or fully set).
