Skinny Coconut & Watermelon Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. watermelon juice (muddled or squeezed)
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz coconut tequila
  • 1/2 ounce of fresh orange juice (instead of Cointreau…or use 5-7 drops of orange liquid stevia)
  • 1 oz coconut water

Add these ingredients into a shaker with a lot of ice and shake it, baby, shake it! Pour through a strainer –or enjoy as it!  This cocktail is less than 1oo calories per serving and it DELISH! I love this one in the summer.
