(Not) Fried Chicken

“Fried” Chicken Ingredients:

  • 3-6 chicken tenders
  • 1 cup pork rinds (check for seeds oils…you don’t want those!)
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • seasonings of choice!

 

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup clean mayo
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free (or no/low sugar added) ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire

Preheat air fryer or oven to 400.

Crunch up your pork rinds and mix in your seasonings. I like to use an organic Italian blend and/or dry ranch seasoning mix.

Coat your chicken with the egg and then cover the piece with the crunch mix.

Air fry 12-15 minutes (ish). Keep checking. While the chicken is cooking, mix your sauce ingredients together.
