Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup coffee, cold (I like to use a cold brew)
- ¼ cup protein powder
- ½ – 1 frozen banana
- 1-2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp organic nut butter of choice
Add the above ingredients plus 6-8 ice cubes to a blender, blend well and enjoy!
