Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl


  • 1 sweet potato
  • Organic Greek yogurt of choice
  • Fresh or frozen organic berries
  • 1-2 tbsp granola
  • 1 tbsp ground flax or chia seeds  
  • 4-5 walnuts
  • Maple syrup
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Pre-roast a sweet potato at 400 for about 45-50 minutes. Remove and scoop into a bowl. Add yogurt, maple syrup (or preferred sweetener), berries, ground flax/chia seeds, walnuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
