Whipped Chocolate Protein Snack


  • 1 cup cottage cheese of choice
  • 2 Tbsp cacao  
  • Sweetener of choice
  • Add Chocolate topping layer 1:2 ratio of coconut butter and chocolate chips melted
  • Chopped hazelnuts (or other nut, & optional)  

Mix cottage cheese, cacao and sweetener and whip until fluffy. Add chopped nuts to bottom, top or layer. ENJOY!
