Whipped Chocolate Protein Snack


  • 1 cup cottage cheese of choice
  • 2 Tbsp cacao  
  • Sweetener of choice (note: I use a powdered monk fruit so it blends in more smoothly)
  • Optional: add a dark chocolate topping layer 1:2 ratio of coconut butter and chocolate chips melted, chopped hazelnuts (or another nut). I like to drop nuts at the bottom to start and sprinkle some more across the top.  

Mix cottage cheese, cacao, and sweetener and whip until fluffy. Add chopped nuts to the bottom, top, or layer. ENJOY!
