Ingredients:
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup self-rising flour OR add 1 tsp baking powder & ¼ tsp salt (this is what I do & use a gluten free option)
- Egg for egg wash
- whole egg mixed with a small amount of water, milk or cream
- non-dairy options for egg wash: aquafaba, melted vegan butter or maple syrup
- Optional: Everything But The Bagel seasoning
- Optional: cinnamon & sweetener of choice (I like to use cinnamon and xylitol sprinkled on top)
Mix yogurt and flour. Knead and separate into 4 parts. Roll into bagel shape & use an egg wash to cover the tops and add seasoning. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375. ENJOY!
