EASY Healthy Bagels


  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour OR add 1 tsp baking powder & ¼ tsp salt (this is what I do & use a gluten free option)
  • Egg for egg wash
    • whole egg mixed with a small amount of water, milk or cream
    • non-dairy options for egg wash: aquafaba, melted vegan butter or maple syrup
  • Optional: Everything But The Bagel seasoning
  • Optional: cinnamon & sweetener of choice (I like to use cinnamon and xylitol sprinkled on top)

Mix yogurt and flour. Knead and separate into 4 parts. Roll into bagel shape & use an egg wash to cover the tops and add seasoning. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375.  ENJOY!
