Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ cup feta (crumbles or a block)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/3 cup white onion
- ¼ cup packed cilantro
- juice of 1 lime
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp of favorite hot sauce
Mix avocados, feta, garlic, onion, cilantro, & lime juice until well blended. Add in salt and pepper (to taste) along with the hot sauce, and mix well. Top with more hot sauce, feta & cilantro. Store in the fridge until enjoyed! This recipe makes about 2 cups.
