Berry Snack Bread

• 2 cups gluten-free flour
• ½ cup millet flour
• 3 bananas (approximately 1.5 cups, mashed)
• 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup unsweetened milk of choice
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• 1 cup fresh or thawed berries (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, or mixed)

Mash bananas & add maple syrup, vanilla, and milk. Mix well and set aside. Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Add wet ingredients slowly, mixing well. Once the mix is well-blended, add the berries until they are mixed in. Pour batter into greased or lined baking pan and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing & ENJOY!!
