Ingredients
• 2 mashed bananas
• 2 eggs (or sub ¼ cup apple sauce per egg)
• ¾ Greek yogurt
• ½ cup zero-calorie sweetener
• 1¼ cup oat or gluten-free flour
• 3 scoops of chocolate whey or collagen protein
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• Pinch of salt
• ¼ cup chocolate chips (I prefer minis that are semi-sweet)
Mix wet ingredients including bananas, eggs yogurt, and sweetener.
Add in oat flour and dry ingredients. Mix in half of the chips and save the remaining chips to sprinkle across the top before baking at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Let cool before slicing and enjoy!
