Sweet ‘n Spicy Chicken Sauce

• 4 tbsp soy sauce (I like coconut aminos as an alternative)
• 4 tbsp brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
• 2 tbsp rice vinegar
• ½ tsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp ginger
• 1 tsp Samyang chili sauce

To air-fry: 12 minutes at 375 for each side; 2-4 minutes at 400
Tip: Place the chicken in the air fryer with the presentation side down and add 2 tbsp of water to keep the air fryer from smoking.
To bake in the oven: Bake at 425 for 45-60 minutes.
