- ½ cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sugar substitute)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½-1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I like to use Chocolate Perfect Keto Collagen Powder)
- ¾ cup almond or other milk
Mix the above ingredients together and then add 1 tablespoon of nut butter of choice and then drizzle 1 tablespoon melted chocolate (1:2 ratio coconut butter to chocolate, melted).
Refrigerate for 2 hours (or overnight) & enjoy!
