Protein Mug Cake (Another Option!)


  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (Truvani, Alaya Naturals or Perfect Keto)
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 egg (or flax egg, if vegan)
  • ¼ cup almond (or other milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp liquid stevia or 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup


Mix wet ingredients and then add dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased ramekin (or mug) and microwave for 60-90 seconds. Allow to cool, then ENJOY!
