Strawberry Cheesecake “Ice Cream”


  • 1 cup cultured cottage cheese
  • ¾ cup strawberries (dried, frozen or fresh)
  • 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • ¼ tsp lemon juice


  • 1 scoop strawberry protein powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp chopped nut of choice

Blend all ingredients well and pour into a freezer-safe container. Freeze for a few hours and enjoy! It can get hard, so you may want to let it sit for 10 minutes once you’ve removed it from the freezer.
