- 1 bag of frozen cauliflower tots
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- Other cheese (optional)
- Gluten-free breading (optional)
Heat cauliflower on the stove until tender (don’t add water). While cauliflower rice is heating, whip cottage cheese. Add whipped cottage cheese to cauliflower rice and season to taste.
Form and shape into tots. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Enjoy!
