- 5-6 large Medjool dates (pitted) and chopped/diced
- ¾ cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips, melted
- Organic walnuts or peanuts (chopped)
- Organic nut butter of choice ½ cup
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
Add half a tbsp of coconut butter to the chocolate chips when melting. Add chopped dates and nuts. Melt nut butter with a little coconut butter and drizzle across the top of the chocolate bark. Spread on non-stick paper and freeze for 30 minutes or more. Break into small bit sized pieces to enjoy. Store in the freezer.
