Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients:  

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1-2 maple syrup (or sugar-free fiber syrup)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional:
    • ½ scoop vanilla, chocolate, or PB protein powder
    • Chopped walnuts.

 

Topping:

  • 3:1 ratio of semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips and coconut butter (3 tbsp chips + 1 tbsp coconut butter, melted and poured across the top before putting in the fridge.
  • Give it at least 20-30 minutes before enjoying.
