Ingredients:
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1-2 maple syrup (or sugar-free fiber syrup)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional:
- ½ scoop vanilla, chocolate, or PB protein powder
- Chopped walnuts.
Topping:
- 3:1 ratio of semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips and coconut butter (3 tbsp chips + 1 tbsp coconut butter, melted and poured across the top before putting in the fridge.
- Give it at least 20-30 minutes before enjoying.
